GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

The Timberland Partners Team encourages our employees and communities to give back to the community.  Some of the activities supported include Toys for Tots, food drives and supply drives for local schools and Feed My Starving Children. Timberland team members assist in determining our community outreach programs and are encouraged to participate.

Many of our communities are also environmentally friendly!  Most are located near major employers, allowing our residents to bike or walk to work.  Less driving translates to fewer carbon dioxide emissions. 

Some of our communities have been fitted with water-saving controls on irrigation and low-flow showers and toilets.  We understand the importance of conservation as a company. 

We implement conservation practices and encourage each of our residents to conserve natural resources and implement environmentally friendly practices.  Many of our purchasing programs support green initiatives, as we use environmentally friendly products.
